Tom lived in Kenya in 2012 and 2013. He believe that everyone who wants an education should get it. He works as a lawyer in Portland, Oregon.
High School Program Coordinator
Mrs. W. is a retired middle school vice-principal. She runs the High School program, and does everything from taking students shopping for supplies to communicating with parents. With four children and plenty of grandchildren of her own, she is a mother to everyone.

Katie lived in Kenya in 2012 and 2013. She is motived by the thought that many children need just one opportunity to unlock success. She works as a physician in Portland, Oregon.

Tony is a former middle school science teacher with Teach for America. He is motivated by the reality that education is most powerful tool to succeed in life. He works as a forester in Grants Pass.

Peris was a member of WSI's first cohort of sponsored students and graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2021. She is grateful for the support WSI provided her and wants to help more students achieve an education. She works as a chemist in Nairobi.
